About the speaker
David specialises in strategic change programmes and leadership development. He has over 25 years experience in academia, consulting and business, working with clients in different sectors across Europe, the USA, the Middle East, China and India.
David is passionate about developing the quality of corporate management to realise individual potential, execute strategy and create value for all stakeholders.
David is the author of the Public Sector Programme Management Approach for government in the UK. At Xansa David was responsible for the consulting division managing £1bn plus investments in strategic change programmes. At KPMG, David developed and delivered executive development and strategy execution programmes for the Prudential, John Menzies, ABN Amro and Hewlett Packard. At the London Metropolitan University, David created a new graduate degree programme entitled, Computing with Human Factors, integrating technology challenges with organisation and people dynamics.
As an entrepreneur, David has funded and advised the development of a number of private businesses covering software, consulting, digital television, property and organisational productivity. He is currently an adviser to Spiral, a social enterprise company established to provide career skills training to underprivileged schoolchildren in London.
