Useful information

We are really looking forward to seeing you at Reunion 2018!

This page should provide all the information you need to plan your weekend and answer questions that may come up while you are at the School.

If you have any further questions don’t hesitate to contact us at reunion@london.edu or on +44 (0)20 7000 7279. Check your class page for the latest information on special events and celebrations for you and your classmates.

Further information about Reunion will be sent out across social media and email. If you are not currently receiving School emails, or if you would like more information about what your class has planned, please email reunion@london.edu.

Reunion speaker programme early bird tickets are £85, and will increase to £105 from 2 April. Your ticket includes entry to Friday and Saturday speaker sessions (with food provided on both days). Due to space constraints on campus, the daytime speaker sessions are only open to reuniting alumni.

Each of the following events must be booked individually:

A night in the sky

Early-bird tickets for alumni and guests are £50 per person, which includes all food, drink and entertainment.
After 2 April, tickets will cost £60 per person.

Sunday Garden Party

£45 family ticket (2 adults and up to 3 children), £20 per adult, £5 per child (5-17), children under 5 are free.

The cost of class events vary, please see your class page for more information.

The School has a partnership agreement with a number of hotels which means our alumni can secure preferential rates. Please find details of hotels and rates here.

The School has a limited number of guest rooms on campus, primarily for the use of students enrolled in short residential courses. While alumni can stay on campus if any rooms are available, individual reservations can only be confirmed within two months of the current calendar date. Any booking request for dates more than two months in advance, up to a maximum of four months ahead of the current calendar date, will be added to a waiting list.

Owing to the uncertainty and late notice of confirmations we advise alumni to consider staying with a partner hotel in the first instance.

If you are interested in staying on campus, please email bedrooms@london.edu.
