This page should provide all the information you need to plan your weekend and answer questions that may come up while you are at the School.

Due to popular demand we have now sold out for all aspects of Reunion, including the Speaker Programme, A Night in the Sky and the Garden Party. We are operating a wait list for the Speaker Programme, if you would like to be added to this please email If you have booked tickets and can no longer attend, please do get in touch so we can free up space for others who are waiting.

      Reunion speaker programme tickets cost £105. Your ticket includes entry to Friday and Saturday speaker sessions (with food provided on both days). Due to space constraints on campus, the daytime speaker sessions are only open to reuniting alumni.
      Each of the following events must be booked individually:

      A Night in the Sky

      Tickets are £60 per person, which includes all food, drink and entertainment.

      Sunday Garden Party

      £45 family ticket (2 adults and up to 3 children), £20 per adult, £5 per child (5-17), children under 5 are free.

      The School has a partnership agreement with a number of hotels which means our alumni can secure preferential rates. Please find details of hotels and rates here.

      The School has a limited number of single guest rooms available on campus around Reunion weekend. These are priced at £80 per night for alumni (breakfast not included).

      Children are not permitted at the on campus events on Friday and Saturday or the Night in the Sky event on Friday evening.  The Sunday Garden Party is specifically designed to be child-friendly; we look forward to welcoming you and your family to this event

      During your stay in London you may wish to visit one of the capital’s many attractions and experience the wide variety of entertainment and culture on offer. The following websites are useful when planning a trip to London:

        Alumni swipe cards will be required to enter the Sammy Ofer Centre, or the Fitness and Wellbeing Centre in the Taunton Centre. If your card has expired, or it is damaged or lost, replacements can be issued at Sussex Place and at Sammy Ofer Centre during Reunion weekend – you will need to show a form of photo ID. Temporary access cards can be issued upon request. For any alumni swipe cards which require a photograph, this can only be done at the Plowden Security Desk, Sussex Place.

        The Alumni centre and library have now moved to the Sammy Ofer Centre. You are can access these and other parts of the building using your alumni swipe card. Alternatively, you can sign for a temporary access card at the Sammy Ofer Centre reception (you will need to bring some form of ID with you).

        All visitors (one per host) must be with a member of the School (student, staff or alumni) at all times.

        You can find ATMs outside Co-op Food on Park Road or near Baker Street station.

        The dress code for School organised Reunion events is smart casual, except for the Garden Party, which is casual. Do feel free to dress up more for the Night in the Sky celebration if you wish! The dress code for the class events may vary – please refer to the organiser of your class event if you have any queries.

        Throughout the Alumni Reunion weekend, we will be photographing and filming activities on campus and at the Sky Garden. These images will be used to publicise Reunion in print publications and on the School's website. If you do not wish to be featured, please alert the photographer or film crew.

        You can access our state-of-the-art gym facilities all through the weekend. You’ll need to complete a short induction then can begin a workout, attend a fitness class or take a dip in the heated pool. We are also pleased to be able to offer competitive rates for appointments with our new on-site beautician and massage therapist, who will be available on Friday. So, for any facials or nail appointments before A Night in the Sky, or a relaxing massage to recover, you can contact the team on or by calling +44(0)20 7000 7900.

        Wireless internet will be available on campus throughout the weekend. Alumni can access the internet by using their Portal login on the Guestnet network. Should you have any problems connecting, alternative access details will be available from the registration desk in the Quad Marquee. Computers with internet access will be on hand in the Quad Marquee and in the Alumni Centre.

        You may wish to use the opportunity to visit the Sammy Ofer Centre during the weekend, our new state-of-the-art teaching hub housed within the iconic London building of the Old Marylebone Town Hall. You can enter the building at any time using your alumni swipe card (replacements can be issued on campus and at the Sammy Ofer Centre during Reunion weekend, although first-time cards will require a photo and can only be created at the main Plowden reception at our Sussex Place campus).

        For a great reminder of your time at London Business School, why not pay a visit to the Gift Shop. It is located in Plowden Reception and features a wide selection of quality School branded merchandise.

          This is an invitation only event for alumni that graduated 30 years ago or more.   

          Timings: Brunch and registration from 10.15. 

          Location: Park Restaurant, Regent’s Park Campus.

          Registration: Please go straight to the Quad Marquee prior to 10.15 to register and collect your badge. You will then be shown to the Park Restaurant.

          Food and drink: Brunch will be served at 10.15. All dietary requirements have been catered for; please speak to a member of staff if you have any questions.

          Timings: Lunch and registration is from 12.30 on Friday and Breakfast and registration from 9.30 on Saturday. The programme ends at 17.30 on both days.

          Location: Various spaces across the Regent’s Park campus.

          Registration: Please report to the Quad Marquee to collect your badge and programme.

          Food and drink: Lunch is provided on Friday and breakfast and lunch is provided on the Saturday. All dietary requirements have been catered for; please speak to a member of staff if you have any questions.

          Dress code: The dress code for the speaker programme is smart casual.

          Speaker sessions are run on a first come, first served basis. It is not possible to reserve a seat in advance. If there are particular speakers you would like to see, be sure to make your way to the lecture theatre in good time.  Please note that individual speaker sessions may be subject to change.  

          Timing: Doors open at 19.00, and the event closes at midnight (last bar orders at 23.30).

          Please collect your wristband from the Quad Marquee on campus during the day on Friday. If you are going directly to the Sky Garden please visit the wristband pick-up station at the main entrance.

          Food and drink:
          Canapés and welcome drinks will be served on arrival, followed by a selection of delicious bowl food along with an open bar serving wine, beer and soft drinks. All dietary requirements have been catered for; please speak to a member of staff if you have any questions.

          Getting home:
          The nearest taxi stand is located at Fenchurch Street Station, a 5 minute walk from the Sky Garden. 
          The Night Tube runs all night on the Central, Jubilee, Northern, Piccadilly and Victoria Lines. 

          Dress code:
          Smart casual but feel free to dress up!

          If you have booked to attend your individual class event, please see your class page and contact your Reunion Class Chair if you require any further information.

          Timing: The event starts at 12.00 and runs until 16.00

          Location: Front lawn

          Registration: You will need to visit the main Ratcliffe (formerly Sainsbury) Reception to collect wristbands for yourself and your guests before proceeding to the front lawn.

          Food and drink: Unlimited food and drink is included in the ticket price. Dietary requirements have been catered for; please speak to a member of staff if you have any questions.

          Great British weather: The event will go ahead in all weathers, regardless of rain, etc. Should we experience adverse weather, the event will take place inside the main building. There will be no refund or ticket exchange available.  Our normal cancellation policy applies.



          Prior to the event we will be encouraging alumni to download our Reunion Event App which will contain details of sessions, speakers and attendees so you can start planning your schedule and reconnecting with classmates.

          To cancel or amend any events reserved, contact the Alumni Engagement team at or call +44(0)20 7000 7279. You can reserve additional events by visiting the Portal booking page. Written or email cancellation is required at least 72 hours prior to the specific part of the Reunion that you are unable to attend. The School will be unable to offer a refund if the cancellation request is received less than 72 hours prior to the event. All ticket prices are inclusive of VAT.
